(This site is under re-construction)
Welcome to our Liberty Lake and Otis Orchards home page. This is a privately owned and operated web site that shows what life in "the hood" is like. The two communities are each side of the last freeway exit on I 90 before crossing into Idaho in far eastern Washington State. Both communities are about 20 miles east of Spokane on a valley floor surrounded by mountains in the east, south, and north and the high desert of central Washington to the west. Most say it's a sportsman's paradise with abundant hunting and fishing within just a few miles in all directions, and we do like fishing around here. Maybe for some it's not so much the fishing as it is getting away from what nags them, (ahem..)
It also helps keep our local Minor Emergency Clinic in business.
Here are a few pages we have started to re-build already and the doors to the site are going to remain open during construction so welcome and please excuse the sawdust on the floor and the tools laying about and feel free to have a look around at what we have done so far.
Check out the project page also under construction.
We want to say a special thanks to pilot Lonnie Roth who you can read a little more about on the Aviation Page
A note to all: Remember that the web can be a very powerful tool for entertainment, research, shopping, general information and the sharing of ideas. However: Be careful of where you tread, there is just as much bad out there as good (if not more) so be aware of corrupt or harmful information and use your good judgment while surfing the web!
More to come as soon as Debbie gets the photos scanned for us!
We are still accepting more ideas for listing more Spokane and surrounding community interests so email us a request and we will see if it sparks enough interest of it's own to dedicate a page to it!
This web site is only made possible by the generous sponsorship of Tim Moore of our local SISNA internet office
Please click on their banner and check out what Tim does.
By the way Debbie, don't forget to edit & speel check this for us!
This site has been tramped through times so far since it
has festered forth from it's primordial ooze!
